Supply Chain & Customer Service Executive (French & Italian) (m/W)- full time
At our Antwerp Headquarters, we are currently looking for a Supply Chain & Customer Service Executive (French & Italian) (M/W).
The main mission of the Supply Chain & Customer Service Executive will be to support our wholesale customers in France & Italy. The Supply Chain & Customer Support Executive will report to the Team Leader Import/Export & Customer Service.
- You support our international agents and wholesale customers in France and Italy:
- You are the first point of contact for all questions by phone and by e-mail;
- You manage deliveries and order confirmations;
- You manage import & export administration;
- You manage restocking orders (‘réassorts’) of clothes and accessories;
- You interface with our logistic partner to organize dispatch and delivery of goods;
- You work closely with your colleagues and report to them on a regular basis.
Skills & Experience
- You have a Bachelor degree in languages, communication or business;
- You are a native speaker of French/Italian and you are fluent in Italian/French and English;
- You are an experienced Excel user;
- You are service-minded and you focus on meeting the needs of our clients;
- You have excellent written and oral communication and commercial selling skills;
- You are diplomatic and stress resistant;
- Knowledge of import/export administration is an asset.
- You will be the bridging force between Essentiel and its international customers;
- You will work closely with both internal colleagues and external partners;
- You will be stimulated to work autonomously.
