At our Antwerp Headquarters, we are currently looking for a Supply Chain & Customer Service Executive (French & Italian) (M/W).

Job description

The main mission of the Supply Chain & Customer Service Executive will be to support our wholesale customers in France & Italy. The Supply Chain & Customer Support Executive will report to the Team Leader Import/Export & Customer Service.


  • You support our international agents and wholesale customers in France and Italy:
    • You are the first point of contact for all questions by phone and by e-mail;
    • You manage deliveries and order confirmations;
    • You manage import & export administration;
    • You manage restocking orders (‘réassorts’) of clothes and accessories;
    • You interface with our logistic partner to organize dispatch and delivery of goods;
    • You work closely with your colleagues and report to them on a regular basis.

Skills & Experience

  • You have a Bachelor degree in languages, communication or business;
  • You are a native speaker of French/Italian and you are fluent in Italian/French and English;
  • You are an experienced Excel user;
  • You are service-minded and you focus on meeting the needs of our clients;
  • You have excellent written and oral communication and commercial selling skills;
  • You are diplomatic and stress resistant;
  • Knowledge of import/export administration is an asset.
