Shipping information

You are currently on our BENELUX site. All the information below is pertaining to shipping information within Benelux. Please note that products bought online can only be delivered within the selected site (location) of your order. If you wish your order to be delivered to an address outside of Benelux, please select a correct location from our selector on top right corner of our website. (For orders outside of EU, please consult the section on international orders.) 

Every site has a separate shopping bag and you will need to add any items you currently have in your shopping bag again, when changing sites / locations. We apologize for the inconvenience.Please note that no changes can be made to the delivery address you have provided once your order has been dispatched. 

For the delivery of your order, you can opt for delivery to a given address (your home, work or other) via our carrier. Currently, we deliver only within the EU*. The shipping methods offered during checkout differ based on your shipping address. It is currently not possible to collect orders from an Essentiel Store.


We currently only ship and support services within the EU. If you are based outside the EU and still wish to purchase from our website, you can do so on your own initative by using an independent parcel forwarding service. There are a number of them (depending on your location) which offer an effective workaround solution in global delivery. 


Essentiel Antwerp works with DPD to offer the best possible service in a range of countries. When opting for delivery to an address within Benelux,  you can easily add or edit an address each time you place an order. This means it is perfectly possible to have one order sent to your home and the next to your workplace, for example.

DPD delivers on working days between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. We will always inform you of our delivery day by text message or email. Is the day inconvenient for you? If so, you can change your delivery preference (to a Pickup parcelshop, to a neighbor…) or postpone your delivery. We will send you another message on the delivery day, with an expected one hour time-slot.  If nobody is home, the DPD driver will leave a note in your mailbox giving the address of the Pickup parcelshop and the time from which you can collect your parcel. You will receive an email from DPD when the parcel has arrived in the Pickup parcelshop. Bring your proof of identity with you when you go to pick up your parcel. You will have seven days to collect it. If you fail to arrange a new delivery within 3 weeks of confirming the order, or if you are once again absent when DPD tries to redeliver, the order will be returned to Essentiel Antwerp. We will then contact you to arrange the delivery of your order. In this case, you may be asked to pay the additional delivery costs.


Essentiel will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We aim to deliver your order within the number of days shown for your country below.

Delivery rules and restrictions:

  • Please note that Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays are not classed as business days.
  • If you have not received your delivery within the number of days shown for your country in the table above please track your order or contact our Customer service at .
  • Please note that an order placed on Friday afternoon or at the weekend will only be processed on Monday.
  • During busy periods, such as the end of the year or during the sales, delivery may take a little longer.
  • In principle, an order placed before 1 p.m. on business days will be dispatched the same day.


We offer free shipping on qualifying orders of €150 and up. For other orders, the following rates apply:

A gift card by e-mail is sent to an e-mail address of your choice. A paper gift card is sent by regular post, free of charge. An order can only be delivered to one shipping address and gift cards are always sent separately. Please note that you need to make a separate order if you want it to be delivered to a different address than the package.
