By participating in this contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1 – The contest is organized by Kadine BV, with registered office at Arenbergstraat 21, 2000 Antwerp and company registration number 0437.697.256; , which operates under the brand name ‘Essentiel Antwerp’ (hereinafter referred to as “Kadine”)

2 – Everyone aged 18 years or older and residing in Europe can participate, except for the employees, freelance employees and directors of Kadine and its affiliated companies and anyone otherwise connected with the organization of the competition.

3 – To enter this competition, you must (i) make a purchase in store (participation without purchase is not permitted), (ii) be subscribed to the newsletter and (iii) write an out of office automatic reply on the provided postcard.

4 – The participant can submit their postcard with the automated reply by placing it in a box at the cash register in one of the Essentiel Antwerp stores (outlets excluded) from December 23, 2025 until December 30, 2025 at 23:59 CET. After this date, no further entries to the contest will be permitted.

5 – The winning postcard will be selected by Kadine, based on its originality and creativity.

6 – The prize consists of a gift voucher of €200 € for the winner of the contest, and there will be one (1) winner per store. The gift vouchers must be picked up in the respective store. The gift vouchers are valid for one (1) year and can be redeemed online and in store. The gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative.

7 – You can only participate once. Kadine accepts no responsibility for entries that are misdirected or incomplete. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.

8 – The winners will be contacted by us via e-mail no later than Wednesday January 7. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within fourteen (14) calendar days of notification, Kadine reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and, if it wishes so, to its discretionary decision, select a replacement winner.

9 – Any personal data relating to the winners will be used solely in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant’s prior consent. Please find more information in our Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy

10 – Essentiel Antwerp reserves the right to cancel and amend the contest or these rules at any time and without prior notice.

11 – Essentiel Antwerp reserves the right to disqualify any participant if that person has breached any of these terms & conditions.

12 – Essentiel Antwerp reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants or participants.

13 – In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, competition, procedures or any related matters, the decision of Kadine shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

14 – Kadine reserves the right to request written proof of age of any winner.

15 – Kadine does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or disappointment caused by the competition, except in case of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

16 – The contest and these terms & conditions will be governed by Belgian law.
