Shipping information

You are currently on our Dutch site. All the information below is pertaining to shipping information within this region. Please note that an online order can only be delivered within the shipping location you have chosen. If you wish your order to be delivered to an address outside of this location, please select a different location in the top left corner of our website (for orders outside of the EU, please consult the section on international orders).

You can opt for delivery to any given address (your home, work or other) via our carrier GLS. Currently, we only deliver within the EU*. The shipping methods offered during checkout differ based on your shipping address. It is currently not possible to collect orders from an Essentiel Store.

*We currently do not deliver to Malta. 

 

DELIVERY VIA GLS

Essentiel Antwerp works with GLS to offer the best possible shipping service.

GLS delivers on business days between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m and GLS will inform you via e-mail about the expected delivery date. Is that day inconvenient for you? No problem, you can simply change the delivery via the internet-link which you receive along with the shipment confirmation. You can for example choose to have the package delivered to a GLS parcel shop near you or to a different address. You will receive an e-mail once your package has been delivered.

Was your package delivered to a GLS Parcelshop? Please be sure to bring identification when you go collect the package. You will have 10 days to pick up the package before it returns to Essentiel Antwerp. We will then contact you to arrange a new delivery. Please note that additional costs may apply.

Delivery rules and restrictions:

  • Please note that Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays are not classed as business days.
  • If you have not received your delivery within the number of days shown for your country in the table above, please track your order or contact our Customer service at service@essentiel-antwerp.com .
  • Please note that an order placed on Friday afternoon, or during the weekend, will only be processed on Monday.
  • During busy periods, such as the end of the year or during the sales, delivery may take a little longer.
  • In principle, an order placed before 1 p.m. on business days will be dispatched the same day.

GIFT CARDS

A gift card by e-mail is sent to an e-mail address of your choice. A paper gift card is sent by regular post, free of charge. An order can only be delivered to one shipping address and paper gift cards are always sent separately. Please note that you need to make a separate order if you want it to be delivered to a different address than the package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE OF THE EU)

We currently only ship and support services within the EU. If you are based outside the EU and still wish to purchase from our website, you can do so on your own initiative by using an independent parcel forwarding service. There are a number of them (depending on your location) which offer an effective workaround solution in global delivery.
