Next steps

Recognising the need to advance our sustainability journey and set new goals, we recently took a strategic step forward in appointing an ESG Project Manager to reignite our efforts and drive transformative change. This represents a moment of renewal—and we are moving forward with a stronger sense of purpose and determination.

Over the coming months we plan to review our operations and sustainability practices to better understand what changes we can realistically—yet ambitiously—tackle in the next five years, shaping our sustainability strategy for 2025–2030.

At the centre of this journey is a rigorous double materiality assessment, which includes in-depth discussions with both internal and external stakeholders. This process will help validate and further refine the sustainability topics most material to our business and ensure they remain central to our reporting.

To ensure continued business and compliance, a key priority will be upcoming EU regulations. These new requirements will have far-reaching implications across the entire product lifecycle, from sourcing, design and production to use, reuse, repair and waste. To shape our future and achieve our goals, we will invest in knowledge-building and expand internal expertise, particularly around eco-design.

We are also reviewing our Corporate Product Policy and re-evaluating the use, availability and impact of preferred materials, helping guide our design teams in making material choices.

Finally, we will continue to develop due diligence processes, corrective action planning and relationship building—working closely with suppliers to develop new solutions and ensure continuous improvement. By enhancing transparency across the supply chain by means of diligent reporting, tracking and measuring, as well as dialogue and close collaboration, we aim to become a stronger, more resilient and more responsible business.
