Responsibility — A more responsible supply chain
A more responsible supply chain
SDG 8 & 16
Everyone who contributes to our business—not only our direct employees—plays an integral role in our success. We strive to be a responsible, long-term partner and expect the same commitment from those we work with.
Our Code of Conduct is grounded in the conventions of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It serves as a global framework for our operations, setting out the principles and standards that all suppliers, factories and subcontractors are expected to uphold.
We maintain a rigorous due diligence process, which includes reviewing social audit reports to provide third-party evaluation of working conditions at our suppliers. This ensures that our standards are respected in practice. We continuously revise and upgrade our processes, keeping up with the latest requirements while staying true to our core principles.
Strong relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that close collaboration – with everyone contributing their expertise – leads to outstanding products we can all be proud of. Transparency around planning and deliverables, honouring payment terms and avoiding undue pricing pressure demonstrates respect for our partners. The fact that we have been working with some of our suppliers for more than 20 years is a testament to our commitment to fair business practices.
