Returns
You can return your purchased items from www.essentiel-antwerp.com within 30 days counting from the day after you received your order.
For our Belgian customers we offer complimentary return shipping via Bpost.
Conditions
We kindly ask you to return the product in new and unused condition, including all accompanying parts (such as a belt, keychain, shoebox, etc.) and with the original tags attached. You may, of course, try on the product as you would in a physical store, but it must not have been used or washed.
If possible, we ask you to pack the product in its original packaging, or otherwise in a sufficiently sturdy and neutral box (without any branding), so the item arrives safely and undamaged.
If the returned product is damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, we reserve the right to apply a reduction in the amount to be refunded.

How does it work in practice?
Returning in store:
- — You can drop off your return in our Belgian stores.
- — Find directions to the stores and opening hours here.
Shipping your return:
- — For free return shipping you can use the pre-addressed Bpost return label included in your package.
- — Fill in the delivery note that was inside the box.
- — Drop the package off in a Bpost post office or Bpost parcel shop.
- — We recommend writing down the Bpost tracking number mentioned on the label so you can follow the shipment.
If you send the return to us at own expense, you can choose your own shipping method and carrier. We strongly recommend shipping with a tracking option, as you are responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse.
Refund
Once your return reaches us, and is in accordance with the conditions above, we will arrange for a refund within 14 calendar days. We reserve the right to only make a refund when the goods have reached us.
- — The refund will be credited to the original payment method used to place the order.
- — If the order was (partially) paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued and sent via e-mail.
- — If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted if necessary.
Please note
Any returns for which the sender cannot be identified will be refused, so make sure you always enclose the returns slip or invoice or packing slip.
It is now possible for our customers to return their online orders in our Essentiel Antwerp stores.
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or any other forms of payments, not even partially.
Returns outside the 30-day time frame may be accepted solely at the discretion of Essentiel Antwerp.
